Network Management Policy

Purpose

This Network Management Policy (“Policy”) sets forth how Truconnected Broadband Initiative manages, monitors, controls, and secures network and broadband services provided under its partnership programs. The goal is to ensure reliable, fair, and lawful service delivery, protect user privacy, comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including FCC rules), and maintain network integrity.

Scope

This Policy applies to all broadband and network services offered by Truconnected Broadband Initiative to eligible users in the United States, California. It includes all network infrastructure, employees, and third-party service providers.

Practices

Truconnected may monitor network performance, manage congestion, and prioritize latency-sensitive traffic (e.g., VoIP, video conferencing) when necessary. No traffic will be blocked or throttled unlawfully. Security practices include encryption, intrusion detection, and access control.

Enforcement & Governance

Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination of service. The Compliance Officer oversees monitoring and policy adherence.

Effective Date & Review

This Policy is tentative and will be reviewed annually or upon major regulatory or operational changes.
